I’ve been right where you are. I’ve been overweight, I’ve hated the thought of working out, “dieting”, it was never “for me”. I used to spend weekdays and weekends at the bar, eat one huge meal a day and “enjoy” my life. For years of non-stop external fun and external happiness, I  was never happy internally. I knew deep down inside I wasn’t taking care of my body. Although I was confident, I never “loved” my body. One day out of nowhere I woke up Ross in the middle of the night and exclaimed how sick I am of doing this, living this lifestyle and I wanted a permanent change.

The next day I went to the gym with him for the first time and he began to teach me the fundamentals of exercises, slowly incorporating more education week by week. Then I began observing how he coached his clients, asking him millions of questions. He then showed me the basics of how to hack a diet (taking what you want to eat and with some swaps, you can eat for your goals).

In about 3-4 months of eating properly and consistently going to the gym, I lost about 40 pounds. Forty pounds I didn’t even realize I had on my body.

In 2018, I saw how many women needed help and there was a population that needed and wanted help but for whatever reason, some of them were too intimidated to coach with ross. So, I needed to learn ASAP. Before I knew it, I had over 50 women on my coaching roster and so many success stories. We realized women were under-eating. Undereating in high-quality nutrients like lean essential proteins and essential fats. They were over-exercising and undereating.

I focus on the women that are currently active but either can’t break the cycle of trying and failing or women that can’t break through plateaus. Clients can expect me to give them tough love. Most of the women that coach with me don’t need more friends, they need a female figure in their life that won’t b.s them. I won’t be afraid to tell you when you’re slacking and when you need to get it together.

I want women that aren’t afraid of getting uncomfortable, aren’t afraid to look “like a hot mess” at the gym. I want women who are tired of being average. I want women who are winners.
